Build Better Humans. Build a Better Workplace.

A stronger workplace starts with the people who shape it. Randy helps leaders and teams put identity, values, and daily habits to work so trust grows, communication improves, and culture changes from the inside out.

You don’t need a new team to build a better team.

Culture changes when people get clear about who they are, what they value, and how they show up each day. Through practical teaching, workshops, and coaching, Randy helps you turn those ideas into habits your team can actually live.

How a Better Workplace Takes Shape

Culture changes through what a team believes and does every day. Randy helps you move from shared clarity to consistent action:

A — Align

Get clear on who you are as a team and what matters most. Give people a shared direction for their decisions and work

B — Build

Practice habits that put those values into action. Reinforce them until they become part of how your team works.

C — Create

Build a culture people can recognize and contribute to—one shaped by trust, ownership, and steady growth.

Why I Do This Work

I first learned about leadership by watching my dad. Later, as a pastor and mentor, I saw how much people can grow when someone sees their potential, challenges them, and gives them room to lead.

When I moved into business and became Chief Culture Officer at Tracery Stone, I found those same human needs in the workplace. People wanted their work to matter. Leaders wanted teams they could trust. Everyone needed a clearer way to turn good intentions into daily action.

That experience helped me develop the Becoming Better Humans framework: identity, values, and habits. Today, I use it to help leaders invest in their people and shape a culture where those people can do their best work.

Use your business to build people rather than using people to build the business.

The Fine Print

A quick look at the thinking behind this work.

The approach

Use your business to build people, and your people will build a better business. When a team shares a clear purpose and puts its values into practice, the organization grows stronger from the inside out.

The core idea

Culture is what people experience and practice every day. It shows up in how they communicate, make decisions, solve problems, and treat one another. Change those daily patterns, and you change the workplace.
